04/15/2018 - College PREP - Manheim (Harrisburg), PA Nicole is a 2020 right handed shortstop and outfielder with a strong skill set. At shortstop, she has active feet and good range to both sides. She is fluid in her action to the ball and stays light on her feet when moving laterally. She keeps the ball in front and has a clean exchange on her throws to first base. In the outfield, she has fluid footwork and good range to both sides. She has soft hands when receiving the ball and a clean exchange on her throws to her target. Offensively, Nicole has a square set up in the box and loads back well in her legs. She stays center in her balance and keeps her hips and hands working well together through her swing. Overall, she has a great work ethic and if she continues to work hard, she will make a great asset to a collegiate team in the future.
12/27/2017 - Softball Factory Christmas Camp & Tournament - Session 2 Nicole is a coachable athlete with great work ethic and hustle. Defensively, Nicole has quick, fluid footwork and agile range. She takes great angles to the ball and has smooth mechanics. Nicole has a clean exchange and fluid arm action. She has great momentum and makes accurate throws to her target. Offensively, Nicole has an athletic stance with a soft stride to contact. She loads and has good extension through the ball. Nicole stays connected with her hips/hands and hits well to opposite field. Overall, Nicole will use her great work ethic to continue to improve on all parts of her game.
