She has soft hands when receiving the ball and a clean exchange on her throws to her target. She moves through the ball well and keeps solid momentum through each play. Offensively, Nicole has a soft stride to the ball and an on time load with her legs. She stays smooth in her rhythm and center in her balance. She makes good use of her legs to create power behind her contact and squares the ball up consistently. Overall, Nicole has great work ethic and if she continues to work hard she will do what it takes to play at the next level.
