As a C, she has an accurate arm with carry on her throw, polished glovework when blocking and receiving, agile range, and is coachable. Focusing on a quick transfer on throwdowns, and fluid footwork will increase blocking ability and quickness of throws. As a 3B, she tracks the ball well and is coachable. Focusing on soft hands and sure glovework, fluid footwork, and an athletic pre-pitch position will increase fielding success. As a hitter, she has an aggressive swing that produces flashes of pop at times. Focusing on finishing her swing after contact, a stride and load, and a balanced, square set up with a short bat path will increase power and consistency. Overall, Nicole is on track for collegiate attention.
