08/16/2015 - College PREP - West Windsor (Trenton), NJ Noelani is a 2017 SS with a developing skill set. In the box Noelani is a RHH that uses a closed stance with good balance and fluid rhythm. She shows good hand/eye coordination and is a line drive hitter. Engaging her lower half and being direct to contact will allow Noelani to see an increase in her consistency and power production. At SS Noelani is an aggressive player that handles the routine ball well. She uses efficient footwork in her approach and takes good angles. She presents her glove on time, fields with soft/sure hands and makes accurate throws to her target. Working on her timing for the double play and bag coverage will allow Noelani to play through the bag and gain ground on her throw to 1B. Overall Noelani is a hard working player and with continued coaching, reps and exposure she will have the opportunity to play at the next level.
