11/24/2013 - College PREP - Wichita, KS Rachel is an athletic sophomore second baseman with solid technique. Defensively, Rachel has a good arm with a quick release and accurate throws. She has sure, quick hands with agile range. Working on her lower half and footwork will help further her development as a solid player. Offensively, Rachel uses a square setup, back load, short stride, and maintains center balance to create a positive move to the ball. She has a short quick swing that allows her to make hard contact. Working on her opposite field technique will allow her to become a spray hitter. Overall, Rachel is a solid player that will continue to develop.
