Working on an athletic arm slot will help to improve throwing accuracy. As a C, she blocks well while gaining ground and has good framing skills. Working on a quicker transfer will help her to improve throwing efficiency. Overall, Rachel is aggressive and has a confident approach to playing defense. At the plate, she uses a back load while keeping her balance centered before launching to the ball with a level swing. She shows good power and will benefit from a stride and load to improve power on contact, ultimately allowing her to access the entire field effectively. Overall, Rachel has a good frame for the positions and has solid athletic ability to help aid in her continued development as a player.
