In the box, Regan is a RHH that uses a square stance with a short stride and centered balance. She loads her hands back, creates fluid rhythm and generates explosive bat speed. She makes hard, consistent contact and is a power hitter to all fields. Behind the plate, Regan has a good presence with an athletic stance. She presents a good target, looks the ball in and receives with softs hands a firm wrist. She makes a clean exchange, uses the proper arm slot and makes accurate throws. She showed a 1.87 pop time and is able to throw from her knees. Working to be explosive with her movements when blocking will allow her to get down to the ball quicker. At 3B, Regan is an athletic player with good range. She reads the ball off the bat and has a strong first step. She plays through the ball well and makes accurate throws with carry. Working on her backhand footwork will allow her to transition through the play smoother. Overall, Regan is an athletic player with the tools needed to play at the collegiate level.
