She has great work ethic and shows athletic abilities both in the box and on the mound. In the circle, Sage has a good change up to mix into her pitch sequence well. It has correct spin and she stays the same in her motion as her other pitches which throws off hitters from knowing it is coming. She extends through on her release and stays tall in her finish. In the box, Sage has a square set up and keeps her stride short. She loads back well in her legs and stays smooth in her rhythm. She is balanced in the box and displays fast bat speed in her swing. She shows gap to gap power and has quick movements in her swing. Overall, Sage will continue to work hard and do what she needs to take her game to the next level.
