On the mound, she has a confident presence and strong base to throw with good velocity. She needs to work on controlling her pitches more and hitting her spots but has the potential to throw the ball hard and with tight spin. Offensively, she is athletic in her set up and has a short stride to the ball. She has a smooth hand path to the ball and drives the ball to all sides of the field. She needs to work on using her lower half more to create as much power behind her contact as she can. Overall, Samantha is coachable and with continues hard work she will do what it takes to play at the next level.
