04/14/2019 - College PREP - Columbia, SC Saniya is a 2021 outfielder with a developing skill set. Defensively, she has quick and active feet. She moves well to both sides and reads the ball well off of the bat. She tracks the ball well in the gaps and is quick in her action to the ball. She makes accurate throws to her target and gets the ball in quickly. Offensively, she has a square set up in the box and stays center in her balance. Her hips and hands work well together in her swing and she drives the barrel through the zone quickly. She shows power to her pull side and makes hard contact consistently. Overall, she is very coachable and has a great attitude.
