Working on a more athletic stance will help to improve efficiency. Overall, Sarah is aggressive and has a confident approach to playing defense. At the plate, she uses a square set up with a back load, a short stride and keeps her balance centered before launching to the ball with an aggressive, level swing. She shows good power and will benefit from driving the hands through the zone with a short swing path to improve power upon contact, ultimately, allowing her to access the entire field effectively. Overall, Sarah has a good frame for the position at 5'6 and has solid athletic ability to aid in her continued development as an athlete.
