01/07/2018 - Interactive Video Program - Dayton, OH Savana is a 2024 two-way player as a SS/RHP. In the box, Savana is a RHH that uses a square stance with an aggressive approach. She makes level contact and sees line drive production. Letting the ball travel more will allow her to engage her lower half and see an increase in her power production. At SS, Savana is an athletic player with good range. She presents her glove on time, fields with sure hands and makes a clean exchange. She has a fluid arm action and makes accurate throws with carry. Being consistent with a pre-pitch approach will allow her to get a good first step on the ball. On the mound, Savana is a developing athlete. She has a fast ball and change-up and does a nice job of creating the proper spins. With proper coaching, she will continue to develop those pitches and see more control. Overall, Savana is a hard-working player and with continued coaching she will be able to take her game to the next level.
