07/21/2014 - Factory Development Institute National Select Program Savannah is a talented SS with a well balanced skill set. As a SS, she has fluid footwork and makes quick double play feeds. Continuing to work on staying down and low through the ball and opening the hips to the target to improve velocity and efficiency. Overall, Savannah has great potential to be a stellar SS and has a confident approach to playing defense. As a hitter, she keeps her balance centered before driving through the ball to produce hard, consistent contact. She shows natural power and will benefit from finessing her skills to be an even more competitive hitter. Overall, Savannah has a good frame for the position and solid athletic ability to help aid in her continued development as a player.
