04/12/2015 - College PREP - Columbia, SC Savannah is an athletic 2018 RHP/SS with a developing skill set. At the plate, Savannah does a lot of things right. She has a quite stride, fluid timing, and great extension after contact. She will see an increase in power production by driving her hips through and keeping her front side closed. On the mound, Savannah uses a myriad of pitches to challenge hitters, with her riseball being her best. She is consistent in the strike zone, and stays composed with each pitch. Loosening the tension in her arm and keeping her release point consistent will improve velocity and spin. At SS, Savannah is a play maker. She is aggressive with an accurate arm. Continuing to carry her momentum through the play will increase quickness and velocity. Overall, Savannah a good kid with lots of potential.
