She is strong with a soft stride and an activated load. Her weight transfer is fluid, her hands are quick an direct with long extension after contact. She will benefit from keeping her front side closed longer. At 2B, Selena gives maximum effort to make plays for her team. She is aggressive to the ball with efficient footwork and a strong arm. Participating in a speed and agility program will improve body control. Behind the plate, Selena has quick hands and quiet movement. She gains ground and make accurate throws to 2nd base. Continuing to work on her blocking fundamentals and becoming quicker to the position will make her more of a threat. Overall, Selena is a talented player with lots of potential.
