Working on an athletic fielding position will help her to increase range and efficiency. Overall, Shayla has a confident approach to playing defense. At the plate, she uses a square set up to make contact. She shows potential and will benefit from a consistent stride and load to improve power on contact, ultimately allowing her to access the entire field effectively. Overall, Shayla has solid athletic ability to help aid in her continued development as a player.
