She is very quick and works hard for her coaches and teammates. On the mound, Shondarice has good leg drive and tight spin on her fastball. Improving her arm speed consistency on changeup and snap will increase her velocity and effectiveness. In the box, she has good power. Working on taking her hands straight to the ball and being balanced will help Shondarice take her game to the next level. Overall, she has the skill set and tools to continue improving her game on the diamond.
