In the OF, Simone does a great job of moving to the ball quickly and using her speed to her advantage. She has great range and is in an athletic position when fielding the ball. Something for her to work on is a quicker release and exchange. Pitching wise, Simon has a fastball, changeup, rise ball, and screw ball. She has a long arm and release, and has a fluid arm circle. She has good control with her pitches and spins the ball well. If she can work on more leg drive her pitches will become faster. Hitting wise, Simone has a good setup at the plate. She is balanced in the box and has a good load. She makes hard consistent contact. If she can work on using her lower half and legs more, she will be even more powerful. Also, working on relaxing her hands and staying direct to the ball will help her be stronger at the plate. Simone has a lot of potential and someone that we can see playing at the next level!
