11/06/2014 - Softball Factory Select Training at Vero Beach Spring is a young right-handed pitcher / first baseman that is continuing to improve her skill set. On the mound, she throws a mixture of pitches to attack each batter. She has a tight curve ball that can be used to get batters to chase balls off the plate. While playing first base she receives the ball with soft and sure hands, has a controlled approach and works hard. Offensively, Spring uses a slightly closed setup and generates power from her lower half to drive through the ball. Overall, Spring is an athletic and coachable kid. She works hard and is eager to grow and get better at all aspects of the game.
