11/03/2013 - College PREP - Mobile, AL Tiana is an evolving SS with a balanced skill set. Defensively, she fields using soft hands, moves well laterally and shows good hustle on the field. Working on staying low when throwing will help her to improve accuracy and efficiency when fielding. Overall, Tiana shows good effort and has a confident approach to playing defense. At the plate, she keeps her balanced centered before making hard contact to all hitting fields. She shows good power and will benefit from implementing a stride and load as well as an explosive lower half to improve power on contact, ultimately allowing her to access the entire field effectively. Overall, she has a good frame for the position and has solid athletic ability to help aid in her continued development as a player.
