Defensively, she has a clean exchange on her throws to her target and displays accuracy in her release. She makes routine plays and sees the ball well off of the bat. She needs to work on staying low through the ball and not stabbing at the ball on her backhand side. If she is smooth with her glove to her backhand side and stays low through the play she will create more range in her defensive abilities. Offensively, she has a square set up in the box and a short stride to the ball. She is smooth in her rhythm and has a firm front side through her hitting motion. She squares up the ball and stays level through the zone. Overall, Tiffany hustles hard and displays great work ethic.
