09/05/2021 - All-In Membership - Wappinger Falls, NY Yael is a 2024 RHP/SS who attended the Wappinger Falls, NY Softball Factory Event. Pitching wise, she throws a fastball, changeup, curve ball, and drop ball. She spins the ball well, throws consistent strikes, and is very strong with her changeup. Some things for her to work on are smoothening out her windup and staying more in line with her body. At SS, she has quick footwork and fields the ball in the center of her body well. Some things for her to work on are making sure she keeps her hands out in front more, being smoother on her backhands, and making sure she finishes her throws. Hitting wise, she has a good setup and is balanced at the plate. She has quick bat speed and makes consistent contact. If she can work on driving her lower half and hips more, she will be even stronger at the plate. Overall, Yael isa talented player and someone our coaches would love to work with in the future!
