She centers up each ground ball and presents her glove early behind it. Her exchange is quick and clean and her double play feeds efficient. She has an accurate throw to her targets and good glove side angles. In the outfield, Yazel has an aggressive mindset and controlled movements. She isn’t afraid to lay out and attacks each ball off the bat. By moving through balls on the ground, it will allow her to stay continuous through to her throw. Offensively, Yazel has a square setup and stride to the ball. She makes hard contact and can extend all the way through the zone. She sees the ball well out of the pitchers hand and has the ability to hit to all fields.
