11/19/2017 - College PREP - Savannah, GA Zykeaya is a 2018 SS with a strong defensive skill set. In the field, Zykeaya is an athletic player with agile range. She reads the ball off the bat and has a strong first step. She takes the proper angles, plays through the ball and makes accurate throws with carry. She is confident in her skill set and makes smooth double play feeds. In the box, Zykeaya is a RHH that uses a square stance with a short stride. She creates smooth rhythm with a back load and consistently puts the ball in play. Creating a weight transfer and extending through the ball will allow her to see more power production. Overall, Zykeaya is an athletic player with the tools needed to play at the collegiate level.
