01/28/2018 - College PREP - Norcross, GA Addie is a 2020 right handed catcher with a strong skill set. Defensively, she has quick feet and agile range. She stays low and athletic in her fielding position and has soft hands when receiving the ball. She is quick and clean in her exchange with a strong base behind the plate. She gets around the ball well on her blocks and has solid momentum through her release. her throws are accurate and she keeps the ball on line to her target. Offensively, she has a square set up and a soft stride in the box. She loads back well in her legs and drives through her lower half creating more pop. She stays center in her balance and is smooth through her rhythm. Her hips and hands work well together and she makes hard contact concisely showing power in the gaps. Overall, Addie is very athletic and if she continues to work hard she will make a great asset to a collegiate program in the future.
