Behind the dish, she presents a soft/sure mitt showing great pocket awareness sticking pitches. She uses her body well through the blocking process, centering balls well out front. Pop times showed a range of 1.97-2.09 with accuracy / carry (59 mph velocity) on her throws. Times will continue to drop as she builds more arm strength through a long toss program. At the plate, she continues to shine, displaying outstanding hitting / power potential through an open setup. Hands are quick (68 mph exit velocity) and work to and through a level swing path. She stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields with gap to gap pop. Power will increase as she utilizes her lower half more efficiently. With 2 years to further develop, Addyson has the makings of a special type player with time and room to progress her game.
