She has soft hands when receiving the ball and stays athletic in her fielding position. She stays short in her action and makes accurate throws to her target. She keeps her throws on line and stays quick in her motion. Offensively, Alicia has a square set up in the box and a short stride to the ball. She loads back well in her legs and stays fluid in her rhythm. Her hips and hands work well together and she makes consistently hard contact. Overall, she has a great attitude and if she continues to work hard she will do what it takes to play at the next level.
