Behind the plate, she stays low in her catching position and has an over the top arm slot on her throws to bases. She makes routine plays and pops out quickly on her bunt coverage but needs to work on staying over the top of the ball with her body on her blocks. Offensively, she has a short stride in the box and a solid load back in her legs. She stays fluid in her motion and center in her balance. She has the ability to spray the ball to all sides of the field with solid pop behind her contact. Overall, Alissa has a great attitude but can be timid at times.
