At 3B, defensive abilities are outstanding as she displays smooth / fluid actions. Feet are aggressive as she works around balls and plays through with her body. Glove action is soft / sure and presents well out front. Throws are accurate with carry across the diamond as she gets rid of the baseball quickly. At the plate, hitting / power potential is excellent through a squared setup. Hands are quick (70 mph exit velocity) and work to and through a level swing path. She stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields with gap-to-gap pop. Barrel accuracy is a plus and utilizes lower half well with the ball exploding off the bat when centered. Amy has a big upside on the field and will get lots of looks from the collegiate coaches with her abilities.
