03/25/2018 - College PREP - Oklahoma City, OK Ashleigh is a 2019 right handed third baseman and pitcher with a developing skill set. On the mound, she has good leg drive through her pitches and correct spin on her change up. By focusing on staying smooth through her motion and in her mechanics she will start to have more control over all of her pitches. At third base, she recovers well and has good feeds to bases. She stays fluid in her action and has accurate throws to her target. She keeps her throws on line and moves well through each play. Offensively, Ashleigh has a square stride in the box and stays center in her balance. She is explosive through the zone and has the ability to spray the ball to all sides of the field. She makes consistently hard contact. Overall, she is coachable and if she continues to work hard she will do what it takes to play at the next level.
