She makes consistent contact with line drive power to the pull side. Working to extend through contact will allow her to see an increase in her power production. Behind the plate, Ashley has a confident presence. She looks the ball in, has firm hands and makes a clean transfer. She gets in line with her target and makes accurate throws. She reads the ball in the dirt and does a good job of getting in front of the ball. Generating momentum to her target to will allow her to see more carry on the ball. Overall, Ashley is an athletic player and with continued hard work she will be able to take her game to the next level.
