In the circle, Ava has an aggressive mindset and focuses on a plan. She has the ability to hold runners on base as well as defend her position. She has controlled movements, a fluid arm action and extends through well on her release. She mixes speeds to keeps batters on their toes and can close a game. Offensively, she has a square setup and consistent pre-pitch approach. Ava has quiet movements and fluid rhythm and timing. Her barrel is on-plane with the ball and she makes hard contact to all fields.
