07/11/2018 - 2018 Atlanta Legacy Showcase 14U Ayana returns to Softball Factory for the Atlanta Legacy Tournament. During game play, Ayana showed great game instincts and leadership. She shows strong composure in the box and is able to draw the walk. Ayana reads the defense well and is able to steal open bases. She is a power hitter that is able to work all fields. At SS, Ayana is an athletic player that leads her teammates. She is smooth in her approach, covers a lot of ground and a very strong arm. Her accuracy seems effortless and makes her teammates job easy. Overall, Ayana is an athletic player with the tools needed to play at the collegiate level.
02/11/2018 - College PREP - Monticello, IA Ayana is a 2021 SS with an advanced skill set. In the box, Ayana is a RHH that uses a tall, open stance with a square stride and centered balance. She creates smooth rhythm, generates fast bat speed and makes consistent contact. She is a gap-to-gap hitter and shows more power potential. At SS, Ayana is an athletic player with agile range. She presents her glove on time, fields with soft hands and makes a clean exchange. She has a fluid arm action and makes accurate throws with carry. She shows great field awareness and fluid with the double play. Overall, Ayana is a strong player with the tools needed to play at the collegiate level.
