08/05/2019 - College PREP - Dublin (Columbus), OH Bailee is a 2024 right handed shortstop with a developing skill set. Defensively, she keeps her eyes on the ball and stays short in her action to the ball. She has a clean exchange on her throws to her target and is quick in her release. She hustles hard and is smooth on her backhand side. Offensively, she has a square set up in the box and a short stride to the ball. She loads back well in her lower half and shows good pop to her pull side. She needs to work on keeping her hands inside the ball better so that she can drive the ball with the same power the opposite way. Overall, Bailee has a great attitude and is ready every single pitch.
