12/29/2020 - All-In Membership - Marlborough (Boston), MA Bailey is a 1B/RHP prospect who will graduate in 2025. At the plate, this LHH shows an advanced approach through an athletic setup. She is fluid to load and hits against a strong front side. She generates fast bat speed through the zone and produces loud contact and great gap to gap power. In the field, Bailey gets into a square position and fields with a firm glove. She has a clean exchange and gains ground well on her throws, keeping them accurate and on-line to her target. On the mound, this RHP has a 4-pitch arsenal in which to keep hitters guessing. FB ranges from 53-54 mph as she works it to both sides of the plate. Changeup compliments FB well and looks to be a solid swing and miss pitch. Dropball has some late action and should get GB outs. She is around the zone with all of her pitches and will challenge hitters to swing the bat. Overall, Bailey is a talented prospect who has the time and potential to further build upon her skills on the field.
