01/17/2020 - 2020 Softball Factory All-America Pre-Season Rookie Tournament Brianice Silguero is a 2024 right-handed third baseman with a strong skill set. Defensively, she has controlled movements and is a vocal leader on the field. She shows agility in her lateral range and fields from an athletic position. She has great glove work, a quick exchange, and transfers the ball to an accurate throw. She sees the ball off the bat well and can create angles behind and through each play. Offensively, she has a square setup and controlled stride to the ball. She has an on-time pre-pitch approach and an explosive barrel through the zone. She uses her lower half well and she has the ability to hit for power to all fields. Overall, Brianice is a confident and coachable athlete.
09/19/2019 - 2019 Softball Factory 14u - Carolina Classic Brianice returns to another Softball Factory event displaying her strong skill set and great work ethic. Defensively, she is athletic in her fielding position and stays low through each play. She moves well laterally and works through the ball with solid momentum. She is strong in her base and clean in her exchange. She makes accurate throws to her target and keeps the ball in the infield. Offensively, she has a relaxed stance in the box and loose hands through the zone. She has a good eye for the strike zone and keeps her barrel level to the ball. Her hips and hands work well together through her swing and she shows good pop in her contact. Overall, Brianice works hard and is coachable.
05/05/2019 - College PREP - Dripping Springs (Austin), TX Brianice is a 2024 right handed third baseman with a developing skill set. Defensively, she has active feet and range to both sides. She stays low through each play and has a strong base at third. She is quick in her action to the ball and makes accurate throws across the diamond. Offensively, she has a square set up in the box and a short stride to the ball. She loads back well in her lower half and stays smooth through the zone. She is explosive with her barrel and makes hard contact consistently. Overall, Brianice adjusts well and has a great attitude.
