07/08/2017 - Advanced Training and Competition at the World Cup Brianna is 2020 2B with a balanced skill set. In the box Brianna is a RHH that uses a square stance with centered balance and a short soft stride. She shows good pitch recognition and works the count. She makes consistent contact to the pull side. Working to create a load in her hands will allow her to take a direct route to the ball. Defensively Brianna handles the routine play well and is willing to get dirty to keep the ball in front. She is an agile player with quick footwork. She presents her glove well and makes a clean transfer. Adding a long toss program to her workouts will allow her to see an increase in her arm strength. Overall Brianna has some raw athleticism and with continued coaching she will have the opportunity to take her game to the next level.
