01/14/2022 - 2022 Softball Factory Pre-Season All-America Tournament Brooklyn is a 2024 SS who attended the Softball Factory Pre-Season All America Tournament! On defense, she has good range, a clean exchange/transfer, and fields the ball out in front well. Hitting wise, she has a good setup in the box, strong load, a smooth swing path, and has quick bat speed! Overall, Brooklyn is a talented athlete and someone our coaching staff would love to work with again!
11/17/2021 - 2021 Softball Factory Fall Classic - 16U Brooklyn is a 2024 graduate who plays shortstop. She has an overhand velocity of 61MPH. She has good softball IQ with a strong arm and quick feet on defense. In the box, Brooklyn is very rotational and balanced to middle and pull side. She has good pitch selection. Improving her first step and contact point with an outside pitch when hitting will help Brooklyn take her game to the next level. Overall, she has the ability to continue improving her skills on the diamond.
10/03/2021 - All-In Membership - Lake Zurich (Chicago), IL Brooklyn is a very talented 2024 SS who attended the Softball Factory Event in Lake Zurich, IL. On defense, she has a good pre-pitch, moves well to the ball, has a clean exchange, and is smooth on double play feeds. If she can work on staying relaxed at SS she will be even more successful. Hitting wise, she has good extension, hits the ball up the middle well, and makes solid consistent contact. If she can work on quicker bat speed and driving her lower half more she will be even stronger at the plate. Overall, Brooklyn is a very talented athlete with a bright future ahead of her!
