01/06/2018 - College PREP - San Antonio, TX Cameron is a 2020 right handed pitcher with a strong skill set. On the mound, Cameron has a confident presence and extends through really well on her release. She keeps an open hip direction and is controlled in her finish. She is athletic and balanced in the circle and has a fluid arm action. She displays great control over her change up and can really use that pitch to mix in and throw off hitters timing. She has tight wrist action on all of her pitches and creates good spin on her rise ball. She follows through well on her curve ball and has sharp movements on all of her pitches. Offensively, Cameron has an athletic set up in the box and has a soft stride to the ball. She loads back well in her legs and stays center in her balance. Her bat speed is explosive and she gets to extension really well. Overall, she is very coachable and displays good work ethic. If Cameron continues to work hard she will do what it takes to take her game to the next level.
