12/27/2018 - Softball Factory Christmas Camp & Tournament (Grad Years 2019-2023) Charity is a right handed pitcher and outfielder with a strong skill set. On the mound, she has a confident presence and extends through well on her release. She keeps an open hip direction and is fluid in her pitching motion. She drives off of the mound well in her lower half and is smooth in her mechanics. She has great movement on her rise ball and keeps tight wrist action in her pitches. In the outfield, she is athletic in her fielding position and has active footwork to the ball. She works behind the ball well and reads the ball well off of the bat. Offensively, she has a square stance in the box and a soft stride to the ball. She has fast hands through the zone and good extension through the ball. Overall, Charity has great energy on the field and works really hard. If she continues to do so, she will make a great asset to a collegiate level team in her future.
06/11/2018 - College PREP - Hoover (Birmingham), AL Charity is a 2021 RHP with strong skill set. On the mound, Charity has a calm, confident presence. She shows good balance, has a fluid arm action and controlled mechanics. She opens her hips well and creates good resistance in her finish. Charity uses a 4-pitch package with a change-up that she can throw as a strike out pitch. Continuing to engage her lower half will aloe her to see increases in her velocity. In the box, Charity uses an open stance with fluid rhythm. She generates explosive bat speed, makes hard contact and shows power to the pull side. Working to stay centered with her lower half will allow her to see more consistency in her production. Overall, Charity is an athletic player with the tools needed to play at the collegiate level.
