As a catcher she is very vocal, gets her thumb under the ball when receiving, and sticks the pitch well. While at third base she has great hands and a quick release and throws the ball on a line. As a hitter she has great power with an exit velocity of 70 mph. She has a smooth load and is balanced when making contact. Overall, Colbie has the tools the reach her full potential as a softball player.
