05/31/2018 - Softball Factory College World Series Select Training (Grad Year 2023-2025) Dakota is a 2023 right handed third baseman and pitcher with a developing skill set. Defensively, she has effective footwork and shows range to her glove side. She has a clean exchange on her throws to her target and stays fluid in her action to the ball. She makes accurate throws and creates good momentum through each play. On the mound, she has a confidence presence and extends through well on her release. She keeps an open hip direction and has good balance through her pitching motion. Her change up is her best pitch and she has solid command on her screw ball. Offensively, she has a square set up in the box and and a soft stride to the ball. Her hips and hands work well together through her swing and she has the ability to spray the ball to all sides of the field. Overall, Dakota is very coachable and will do what it takes to play at the next level.
