08/23/2020 - All-In Membership - St Cloud (Minneapolis), MN Ella is a skilled L/L 2-way player as a LHP/OF. On the mound, she has a 4-pitch arsenal in which to attack hitters. She maintains good tempo/pace and keeps her eyes on the target, repeating her delivery well. FB ranges from 54-56 mph as she commands it well to both sides of the plate. Changeup is thrown with FB arm speed, helping to create deception. Screwball shows good action as hitters will have a difficult time squaring it up. Riseball has good movement with tight spin. In the OF, Ella has active prep and works lightly on the balls of her feet. She works into position behind the ball, secures it with 2-hands and has a clean transfer to throw. As a hitter, this lefty displays an open stance with rhythm to load. Quick hands fire the barrel to and through the zone as she hits line-drives. She has the ability to slap, squaring the ball up and getting out of the box and don the 1B line quickly. Ebert is a talented prospect who should find success in this her junior year.
