05/31/2018 - Softball Factory College World Series Select Training (Grad Year 2018-2022) Ella is a 2021 outfielder with a developing skill set. Defensively, she has effective footwork and is agile in her range. She shows some good pre-pitch and tracks the ball well off of the bat. She makes accurate throws to her target and shows strength behind her throws. Offensively, she has a square set up and a soft stride to the ball. She stays center in her balance and is direct to the ball. She has a strong base and makes consistently hard contact being able to use the entire field. Overall, Ella is very coachable and will do what it takes to play at the next level.
