She stays low and athletic in her fielding position and presents soft hands to the ball. She has a quick and clean exchange to her target and solid arm strength behind her throws. She stays short in her action and creates backspin on her throws. She makes routine plays and keeps the ball in front well. Offensively, Elle has a square set up in the box and a soft stride to the ball. She loads back well and stays smooth in her rhythm. She is center in her balance and makes hard contact consistently. Overall, Elle has a great attitude and work ethic. If she continues to work hard she will make a great asset to a collegiate level program in her future.
