02/04/2018 - College PREP - Sacramento, CA Emori is a 2019 right handed pitcher with a developing skill set. On the mound, she has a calm presence about her and extends through on her release well. She keeps an open hip direction and stays controlled in her finish. Her arm action is fluid and she has a strong push off of the mound. Her mechanics are correct on her pitches but needs to focus on hiding her change up by not changing the speed of her arm motion in that particular pitch. Offensively, she shows strength to the opposite field. She has a strong base and drives well through her lower half to create more pop in her contact. She is aggressive at the plate and works hard both on the mound and in the box. Overall, Emori adjusts well and if she continues to work hard she will do what it takes to get her game to the next level.
