12/16/2022 - Softball Factory Academic All-American Tournament Faith is a 2024 graduate who plays shortstop and outfield. She has a strong arm and knows where to go with the ball when she gets it. In the box, Faith slaps from the left side and has quick hands to contact. She makes consistent contact and hits to both sides of the field. faith is a table setter in the lineup and is quick on the base path. She continues to show strides of reaching her full potential. Overall, Faith has a promising future with continued hard work.
12/04/2022 - All-In Membership - Highland Park (DFW), TX Faith is a 2024 grad who plays shortstop and outfield. She has an athletic pre-pitch, gets around the ball, is vocal, and gets rid of the ball quickly. At shortstop, Faith creates good angles to the ball, and has solid backhand glove and footwork. She is a double threat in the box being on-plane early, staying through contact, and hits line drives to the left side of the field. Overall, Faith has a solid skill set on the diamond.
09/03/2021 - Softball Factory All-Region Tournament Faith is a 2024 graduate who plays SS. She has a slim build and is a great teammate. In the box, Faith is a good bunter and replaces her feet when slapping. She makes good contact and hits 5/6 hole consistently. At SS, she has a good approach and quick feet. Improving her arm angle when throwing and more effective footwork when slapping will help Faith take her game to the next level. Overall, she has the ability to continue improving her game on the dirt.
01/15/2021 - 2021 Softball Factory Pre-Season All-America Tournament Faith continues to show as a prospect on the field. At SS, she displays clean / smooth actions. Feet are active as she displays proper footwork as she works to square ground balls up and plays through with her body. Glove action is clean and presents well out front. Throws are accurate with carry (52 mph velocity) to her target but will benefit by building more arm strength through a long toss program. Range is a plus as she moves well laterally and covers a lot of ground. At the plate she continues to shine through an open setup. Hands are quick and work through a level swing path. She makes consistent contact through a line drive approach. She is very aggressive on the bases, utilizing her quick feet. At the event, she was 5 for 9 with a 2B. Mental makeup is a plus as she is very coachable, works hard to be the best player she can be, and is a team player.
12/27/2020 - Softball Factory Christmas Camp & Tournament - Prospects Faith is an athletic SS who has a promising future on the field. At SS, she displays smooth / fluid actions. Feet are aggressive as she works around balls and plays through with her body. Glove action is clean and presents out front. Feet are quick as she moves well laterally and covers a lot of ground. Throws are accurate with on line carry across the diamond but will benefit by building more arm strength through a long toss program. At the plate, she continue to shine through a squared setup. Hands are quick and work to and through a level swing path. She shows a feel for the barrel stays inside the ball through a line drive approach. With 4 years to further develop, Faith has a lot of potential with time and room to progress her game.
