06/18/2018 - Softball Factory World Series (Grad Year 2018-2022) Faith is a 2018 OF with a developing skill set. In the box, Faith is a RHH that uses a square stance with a short stride and centered balance. She loads her hands back and creates fluid rhythm. She makes square contact and is a line drive hitter to the pull side. Creating more of a weight transfer will allow her to see more power production. In the OF, Faith has active footwork and an aggressive approach. She reads the ball well, makes a clean exchange and makes accurate throws. Working to play through the ball will allow her to generate momentum to her target and see more carry on the ball. Overall, Faith is a coachable player and with continued hard work she will be able to take her game to the next level.
