Defensively, she has range to her glove side and stays low and athletic in her fielding position. She has a clean exchange on her throws to her target and is quick in her action to the ball. She makes accurate feeds to her target and has solid momentum through each play. She gets good reads off the bat and takes proper angles to the ball in the gaps. Offensively, she has a square stride in the box and smooth hands through the zone. She stays center in her balance and works her hips and hands well to the ball. She makes consistent contact and shows power up the middle. Overall, Finley has great work ethic and will do what it takes to play at the next level.
