02/11/2018 - College PREP - Monticello, IA Gabby is a 2019 3B with a balanced skill set. In the box, Gabby is a RHH that uses a tall, open stance with a short stride and centered balance. She loads her hands and has a middle of the field approach. She is also able to hit behind the runner when needed. Working to stay inside the ball will allow Gabby to see an increase in her power production. At 3B, Gabby is an agile player with fluid footwork. She presents her glove on time, makes a quick exchange and has a fluid arm action. She makes accurate throws with carry. Working to read the hop sooner will allow her to play the ball smoother. Overall, Gabby is a hard working player with the tools needed to play at the next level.
